Back to the Oil Pastels again.
Still practising how to draw hair, basically.

i love your work. i don't know how you make oil pastels look so clean.. when i use them, i spread them with my fingers. when i use pencil too, it smudges everything. what's your secret? ;)

Hello. A very late reply to your question. I usually draw the outlines and colour with oil pastels in two different layers. Transparent paper is therefore my secret, I guess. And of course it requires a lot of cleaning with a razor blade or similar.
